Situated directly in the several hundred kilometer large bike path network of the Chiemgau region, you can start your daily bike tours to Lake Waging, Lake Chiemsee or Traunstein directly from here, information material is available in the apartment. The location of the apartment is also ideal for excursions, Salzburg is only about 30 km away, the Chiemgau Alps only about 20 km and Berchtesgaden only 60 km. The apartment for non-smokers can be reached via a separate entrance and is located on the 1st floor in the annex of a family house above the garage. Arrival Description Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Traunstein-Siegsdorf. Turn left towards Traunstein, continue towards Waging at the traffic circle take the second exit and through the tunnel, then turn right towards Waging. After about 9 km turn left towards Otting, pass the railroad crossing. Drive through Otting and before leaving the town take the right settlement turn-off into Pfarrer-Jäger-Straße, keep right and after approx. 300 m turn right into St. Virgil Weg and drive to the turning point. Description of the accommodation Vacation apartment for up to 4 people on the first floor of the extension above the garage, 45 m², private entrance. Small, fully equipped kitchen with an air fryer and optionally a filter coffee or pod machine. Large living and dining room with a cozy sofa, armchair, satellite TV, and a dining area with a corner bench. Balcony with balcony furniture. Two separate bedrooms: parents’ bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Insect screens are provided. No rental to workers/mechanics!
